DOMESTIC SHIPPING: WITHIN INDIA

1. Free Shipping within India.
2. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Delhivery and Bluedart.
3. Allow us 5-7 business days to dispatch your order. Ready to Ship products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Incase your order has both Ready to Ship and Regular products, it will be dispatched based on the regular estimated timeframe of 5-7 business days.
4. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 5-9 days depending on the location. Delivery of shipments to Metro cities are quicker than the Remote locations such as J&K, Northeast States. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
5. Made on Order (Pre-Order) products take 15-25 working days or sometimes even longer to dispatch. We dispatch the products as soon as they are ready.
6. As soon as your shipment is dispatched, the tracking information is shared with you.
7. If there is a delay in dispatch due to the product being out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail or phone on file. You may then choose to wait, choose alternate products, or opt for a store credit, refund or exchange.
8. In case you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, our customer care representatives will call you to confirm your order within 1 business day.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. Free Shipping on eligible purchases.
2. We ship worldwide, via FedEx, DHL and Indian Postal Services. PO Boxes or APO addresses are non-serviceable.
3. Fulfilment of Only Prepaid Orders are allowed for International Shipments. Currently, we do not have Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for International Shipments. In case you wish to place a COD International order, kindly be aware that it will be canceled.
4. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that 4% of the transaction amount would be deducted towards adjustment fees. Request you to avoid impulsive orders.
5. For International Orders we take 7-9 business days to dispatch the order.
6. Made on Order (Pre-Order) products takes 20-25 business days to dispatch. We dispatch orders only when all the products are ready.
7. After dispatching the shipment, it takes additional days by the shipping partner to deliver it to customer or the recipient.
8. VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order and shipping price being paid in the order. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local laws and regulations. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 
9. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the shipment.
