Return & Exchange Policy

We want your STORI to be a Happy One!

In case you need to return or exchange your purchase (or some items of the order) you can do so within two days (48 hours) after delivery of the order.

DOMESTIC RETURNS: WITHIN INDIA

  1. Eligibility - To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below conditions:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received.
    • In the same packaging box so as to assure that the product doesn't get damaged in-transit back to us.
    • Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to tags, gift cards, boxes etc. 
    • Any Free gifts received with the order needs to be returned as well.
  2. Return Shipment - We will arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from your place. In rare cases that our courier cannot pickup from your address, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. The Store credit will be credited after deducting the reverse shipping amount.
  3. Refund - The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to us. Once product is quality checked and found to be valid for return/exchange, the refund will be processed in the form of Store Credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit will have validity of 1 year. In case, the store credit is not used within 1 year, it will be expired and cannot be renewed.
  4. ExchangeFor exchange orders, you are requested to place the order using the store credit on the website. 
  5. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
    • Custom made product(s) personalized to your requirement.
    • Special Sales such as Free Saree Sale, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Flash Sale, Coupon applied Sale.
    • Product(s) which is/are specifically mentioned 'Not Eligible' for return/exchange. 
    • Products that are made to order (labelled as pre-order) are not eligible for return / exchange either.
    • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • 100% Pure Silk Sarees & Dupattas are not eligible for return.
    • Lehengas, Anarkalis, Salwar Suits & Jewelry.


      INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

      1. Eligibility - To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the below conditions:

        • Unused and in the same condition that you received.
        • In the same packaging box so as to assure that the product doesn't get damaged in-transit back to us.
        • Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to tags, gift cards, boxes etc. 
        • Any Free gifts received with the order needs to be returned as well.
      2. Return Shipment - The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us safely to avoid any damages. Stori Heritage Elegance will not be held liable for any damage caused during the transit of the product from you to us. All Custom Duties and charges need to be borne by the customer. The Store credit will be credited after deducting the forward shipping amount. 
      3. Refund - The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to us. Once product is quality checked and found to be valid for return/exchange, the refund will be processed in the form of Store Credit that can be used for future purchases.       4. Exchange For exchange orders, you are requested to place the order using the store credit on the website.

          CANCELLATION POLICY

          In case you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp on +91-8329928504 or email to support@ishopstori.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond that we would not be able to cancel the order and process a refund.

          Kindly be aware that a payment processing fees of 4% of the transaction amount will be levied on cancelled orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Stori Heritage Elegance and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

          Request you to avoid impulsive orders! 

           

          CANCELLATIONS BY STORI

          Kindly be aware that there might be certain orders which we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include - limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your card. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Stori Heritage Elegance and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

           

          DAMAGES

          All our orders are properly Quality Checked before dispatch. In case, the item is found defective, damaged in transit or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will get the product replaced free of cost within India. A Store Credit will be offered for International Orders to be used in future orders. 

          Kindly note, we might request you for a Parcel Opening video without hold & pause. Please ensure you make a Parcel Opening to avoid rejections of return or exchange requests.
